Currently being read by Dr. McCabe. This book explores an alternative approach to avoiding relapse in depression; a major issue. Once depressed the first time, only a small percentage of people are depressed only one time. This is an alternative strategy for avoiding these subsequent depressions by becoming more mindful in daily life (the being mind) instead of always trying to change things and being upset with where you are (the doing mind). Not only helpful for depression, but also excellent for understanding some of the strategies of mindfulness meditation and why they work.
